Erin began VPK this year and Emma started 1st grade! The first day went off without a hitch -- no tears were shed by anyone and we quickly fell into a school-year routine!
Erin attends VPK at the same pre-school she has been going to since she was 2, so this wasn't much of a change for her other than she has Ms. Cynthia as her VPK teacher (who also taught Emma and we LOVE her).
Emma was excited to see all her friends from last year and quickly got back into her old routine. Her teachers this year are Sra. Locy (Spanish) and Ms. Sekine (English). They both seem really great and we are once again impressed with how Emma is absorbing everything in Spanish.
